About the Job
Naturion is seeking a high potential, early-career Financial Analyst to join our team in our Columbia, IL headquarters. This role is designed for individuals who are hungry to learn, eager to take ownership, and motivated to grow quickly into a more advanced financial and data analytics associate. This role works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to analyze market opportunities, support investment decisions, ensure data integrity, while building skills in financial modeling, market research, and business management. This is a high-exposure, high-growth opportunity for someone who wants to accelerate their career.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes
  • Organize and manage data with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve data systems, financial models, and internal tools.
  • Take initiative in identifying inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and areas requiring deeper analysis.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist in data tool development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidates
  • Strong analytical mindset with an “itchy brain” for digging into data and uncovering insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Systems, or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis, market research, consulting, or similar fields.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work without constant direction.
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with a focus on financial modeling skills to analyze investment opportunities including IRR, MOIC, ROI, NPV, etc.
  • Proven and reliable discretion in handling confidential and proprietary information.
